Terms of Use

It runs pickleball open play: the line of who plays next, balanced games, results and stats. It’s a tool to help organizers, and the organizer at the courts always has the final say.

Using the app is free right now. We may offer paid plans for clubs in the future. If we do, we’ll explain the price and the terms before anyone is asked to pay.

Your name and results appear on your open play’s live page and on your stats page. Our Privacy Policy explains who can see them, and how to have them fixed or removed.

• Keep your login to yourself.
• Only add people who are taking part in your open play, using the names they go by.
• Set grades fairly and respectfully. Only organizers see them.
• Only upload a club logo and details you have the right to use. They stay yours, and you let us show them in the app.
• An admin can remove an organizer’s login at any time.

Don’t try to open events of clubs you don’t run, guess other people’s links, break or overload the site, copy its information in bulk, or use it to harass anyone. If that happens, we may remove access.

Pickleball is a physical sport. The app only organizes the line: you play at your own risk, and you follow the rules and the organizer at your courts.

We work hard to keep the app fair and working, but we provide it as it is. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we’re not responsible for missed games, wrong results or lost information.

We may change the app and these terms as it grows. When the terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.

These terms follow the laws of the Philippines.
